So, it DOES become a Republican-controlled Senate if it's 50-50? I suppose that makes sense, since the VP is an R, but I was thinking that neither one would control.

Still, it's a bucket of worms - the House is on the other side of him, and it seems there are more spineless Rs than Ds, so in partisan battles, the Ds would win anyway.
