Alas Babylon!: Excellent idea! Every conservative recruit another.

This is exactly what I was driving at, less succinctly than the both of you, in my post #569. I know that a good part of the 50% or so who don't vote are just never going to sort through the lies of the corrupt MSM that they are most likely going to hear whilst chewing on the evening meal. Let's face it, many good folks will never subject themselves to the heat or length of the debate as heard on Rush etc..

I use every opportunity to alert those in my locality to the importance of the Conservative cause--face to face. For me, this is the sort of work that must be done to break the Left's stranglehold on those who hear the tempting, but deadly language of "I feel your pain" etc..

The new media is a great place for those who have decided to search for the truth, but can it succeed if individuals don't seek out and assist those who might just need that little push to open their eyes? And I know that many Conservatives are doing this, but we need to involve as many as possible. I have to remind myself when talking with those in my circle, that not everyone has listened to the debate and observed the workings of government for forty years. Many are so wrapped up in personal matters that they don't even recognize what Rat politics is doing to them.

Excellent post here, often times when I am in a group of people I will do the "hey didya hear" stuff and then rattle off a half dozen or so items that we know here but has not quite made the msm yet. At first people are confused but later on they get it.

This becomes a true danger for the msm. In the past they could reliably ignore facts, news events that didn't fit their model and be assured that the stories remained buried.
Not so anymore, we have truly spoiled their day.
Now they just look stupid for not getting the story first.
