It would also help if we'd quit damning our side when we disagree with one issue or another. Last week many people got down on Brit Hume because they believed he had abandoned us. Not so. I presume Hume was looking at the numbers and realized we were in trouble.
I could say the same for all the mostly or usually conservative pundits. We have to get over our knee jerk reactions to their opinions.

Exactly, if we don't get our act together the rats could beat us again=--they proved beyond a shadow of a doubt this time that organization at every level(under threat of expulsion I am sure) can win races even when you stand for absolutely nothing but saying "no" all the time. Scary lesson.

#250, I have been saying the same thing for a very long time. Knee jerk and Reactionary are no way to get ahead especially if you are listen to big time knee jerkers, Savage,Boortz and Ingraham. Savage is just plain nuts, Boortz is out for himself, his paycheck and his ego mostly. Ingraham is hormonally challenged and needs to mainline some HRT stat. Some of the others are not as bad, but put all together they created a right side attack machine for the last two or three years with no let up. This added to the DBM and DNC vicious rhetoric left the White House and the Majority Leaders in Congress always on the defensive while trying to fight a war against terror.
