I strongly believe this to be the case. It's not that a more effeminate boy is intrinsically homosexual, but that his attributes are like a big sign saying "molest me". Then, when that occurs, the molester tells the kid he's homosexual and that there is nothing he can ever do about it. Eventually the kid believes it. Then he probably forgets it (dissociates).
