I'm OK with Arnold as Governor and Angelides was definitely intolerable--basically Grey Davis all over again. But Arnold had no coattails and helped none of the other Republicans on the ticket get elected. It's hard to see him as the model for national success.

I'll give Arnold credit for being pro-business and holding the line on taxes. The Democrats are basically leaving the center open for Republicans on the environment. We'd do well to grab it. I don't think Arnold's positions on social issues are an ingredient for national success though.

Try researching the facts and then posting.

Had the line read talks about holding the line on taxes, the post would have been more credible.
