Thanks, I'm with you now. Believe we both agree that serious internal friction is going to erupt when they start squabbling over the agenda. After all, the devil is always in the details. There clearly are two factions and the stage is set for this to happen. Dems are nothing if not emotion-driven creatures. They are going to clash and divide.
I think many on these threads are overestimating the Democrats.
They are good at getting elected, but leading and legislating is something else.
Clinton has no meaningful legislation to speak of that he can claim credit for.
I would not be surprised if Pelosi and Reid lock horns.
I am sure Pelosi is not happy with Reid putting Liberman as head of Homeland defense, which runs counter to her intention of keeping hawkish Democrats from leadership positions.
Liberman will be on our side on Defense issues.
