Please... when is the last time you were up there? You can't touch a brownstone for under $1.5 mil and two bedrooms are going for upwards of a million. The place is booming.
The residents in the area of slick willie's office were not happy that he was moving there. They did NOT want the SS in the neighborhood. LOL....cuts into their drug dealing, etc.
