It doesn't make sense for Bolton to be leaving already... I would look to see who has been there the longest...
Bolton's appointment automatically ends at the end of this session of Congress. And, of course, there's no way in hell now that he will be confirmed .. thanks former Sen. Chaffee!!!! It's not, in and of itself, worth a presser at this time.
Now that ALlen's conceeding, it'll probably be the typical public acknowledgment of Dems taking over the Senate and the need to 'get along' blah blah blah.
