So instead of cutting a deal and getting half a loaf, they get to sit on the sidelines now watch Amnesty go through. It's the same damn amnesty legislation! And how are the Repubs in Congress "getting half a loaf"? They didn't want any sort of amnesty plan, no matter what the hell President Bush calls it.
