Are you saying that Conservatives will only vote for people if they agree with 100% of what they do??? HOW UTTERLY RIDICULOUS. If someone like Santorum lost, and lost as big as he did, then I'm saying this Country is not a Conservative Country anymore. Have you looked around lately at the faces of the people around you?

The conservative base in Pennsylvania never forgave Santorum for his endorsement of Arlen Spector before the 2004 primary election against conservative Pat Toomey. Santorum violated a major principle: Never endorse a candidate before the primary election. Santorum also placed himself as being a supporter of a RINO Republican, a mistake for which the conservative base never forgave him. Also, Spector's moderate to left voter base never reciprocated in their support of Santorum. It proves that the RINO is one way and you should never trust their support.
