9 states passed 'anti-Kelo' measures yesterday. The avg. approval for these measures was 75%!I am hard pressed to find any ballot measures that get those kind of Yes votes.
Nor have I heard of any GOP candidates who made Kelo an issue in their campaign. Talk about being out of touch.
