I'm already hearing from my liberal co workers that Gates is a "loser". What is there except for being a Republican, that would elicit that response?

Has he ever been in the military?? Inquiring minds want to know. I personally am a big fan of Donald Rumsfeld and I thank him for his total dedication in his service to our country for many, many, many years.
