George W. Bush had his moment in the sun,
With nary a veto from his pen.
We thought a revolution had begun -
but our dreams are coming to an end.
No child left behind,
A conservatism that is kind!
We were told.
But looking back on the last six years,
a wishy washy bill of goods we were sold.
So now the dream of smaller government is lost.
Sadly, generations to come will pay the cost.
Even if we wake up now, it may be too late -
to stop der Beast in 2008.

The way I see it a "wishy washy bill of goods" is better than what Nancy Pelosi has to offer. If the perpetual naysayers don't "get a clue", you're right, we will be looking at "the Beast" in 'O8.
