Unless you can tell us what districts have not reported, you are being premature.

What districts are not in? A skinny handful in NoVa, about 40 or so in Prince William (48/52 for Allen/Webb) about 30 for Loudoun (48/52) several SW counties and about 40 precints in Richmond City (25/75)

It is getting down to the point that there just aren't enough votes left out there for Webb to pull this out. 93% of the precincts are in, including the overwhelming majority of NoVa.

The race is going to tighten further due to the Richmond City votes, but **knock on wood** Allen has this one.

New numbers

18 precints left to go in Richmond City 10 in Norfolk City, 40 in PW (which is leaning a bit more to Allen in the newest numbers) 30 in Loudoun and still 2 counties with 0% in that should break well for Allen, but with only about 15k votes between them.

Every update looks better
