What is this .. ONE BOX OF BALLOTS .. CERTAINLY THEY'RE NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO CALL THIS FOR CASEY ON THAT LOW A TOTAL COUNT ..??
You know what? Two years ago I remember much of the tv media calling races for the 'Rats early on, when only a small amount of precincts had been counted. AND...I also remember that the 'Rat precicts were counted FIRST.
