Lost in this crummy night for the GOP is the apparent silver lining of at least 5 more states passing pro-traditional marriage amendments. I checked WI, VA, SC, CO, SD and TN results, and all passed. The only surprise was that SD was fairly close, I think 52-48. What gives there?

Also I think Arizona and maybe two other states had marriage amendments up, my guess is they passed but I haven't seen any confirmation yet. Results:

SD

CO

And then they elect anti-marriage Democrats!

Last time I checked (2 hours ago), the Arizona marriage amendment did NOT pass. Something like 52 to 48.

My country has gone crazy.
