Winston Jerome-Churchill being essentially an American, Mr Powell, a giant among increasingly mongrelized pygmies, was groveling once great Britain's (Its electorate never better represented than by the definitive appeaser, Neville Chamberlain and/or by the looter, Atlee) only real statesman of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.
