Redistricting after 2010 will shift another dozen House seats to the sunbelt.

We will have an excellent opportunity to regain the House in 2008, particularly if we have a strong presidential candidate, because a number of these freshmen RATS will be vulnerable to the RAT leadership overplaying their hand.
