doesn't everyone have ie7 or firefox with multiple tabs?
Some of us are using Seamonkey (the latest version of teh pre-Firefox Mozilla suite...but it tabs beautifully....
Some of us use it because of its handy dandy html editor and we're too lazy to learn another one...
