Santorum conceded so early... Aren't they making some major assumptions?
The numbers I'm seeing in upstate PA were going for Casey
I have to say I am in shock .. I would expect that from voters in Philly .. but not up state
I hope they are happy .. because we lost a good man and a good senator
The Democrats will shove their agenda down our throats

That seemed odd to me, too. With only 40% or so reporting, why did Santorum concede?
Although when I look at county-by-county results, he looked down almost everywhere.
