Allen has a 34,000 vote lead with 73.8% of the vote counted.

No surprise that the rat media will leave hope open as LONG as possible in VA.
But make no bones about it. With almost 3/4 vote in, they are dying!

A lot of it depends on where the votes are coming from and where the votes that aren't in yet will come from.
If the precincts that are already in were all (or mostly) expected to be in Allen's camp, they can't call it. But if Allen were to get votes in what was expected to be Webb territory, it would be easier to call.
