Maybe I'll switch back to Shep, then. MSNBC is calling her a self-declared winner. Saying tradition is that concession by opponent usually precedes such a thing.
There goes the grand old party.
Just looked on Fox returns and Jean Schmidt (R) Ohio, is picked to win.
Blackwell opposed Taft. That's why the establishment didn't fully support him.
No educated conservative should have opposed Blackwell based on Taft. Period.
Why didn't you tell them?
Whatever --- it's creepy.
What about all the absentee ballots? They'll definitely go to Talent.

How sweet. Now that Murtha's won another term in office, he's going to challenge Nancy Pelosi for the Leader post.
Amen Brother!
The Rat's commercials were "the incumbent did this or the incumbent did that". Never once mentioned the incumbent (R) by name or that the challenger was a Rat.
Everything the Rat ran on was pro-farmer/rancher as the district is mostly rural.
She's all class too... Instead of being humble, this scumbag comes out saying "voters have rejected politics of personal destruction"... She was the one who was nasty and bitter, not Talent... In fact, he was a wuss

"old couple (too late at night to remember their names) gets richer than rich,"
My brother in KC knows this "old couple," and he was very upset at BOR the other night (whom he usually likes) for not mentioning that the Foundation is not-for-profit. So, the couple will not be getting money from it.
Having said that, I am myself definitely AGAINST embryonic stem cell research.
I heard Webb did the same thing as McCaskill
I agree.
He wasn't even eligible to run because his bar card hadn't been active for at least 5 years prior to the election. It was aonly about 3 years. But, hey, he's a Dem, so that doesn't matter. Lie, cheat, steal, ignore the rules, they're not meant for Dems.
