I'm going by CNN's current by-county VA numbers, which give Webb 8k more from Richmond City. Now that Petersburg is fully in and Allen's lead is only 6k on CNN, Allen is toast.

Funny how all the outstanding counties are Webb. Why dont the Pub's hold back some precints too.
