Not really. There's eight more precincts left in the city of Richmond which is going 73-26 Webb right now. Figure he can net another 2000 votes off that, at least. Two precincts outstanding in the city of Newport News which is 55-45 Webb right now. 38 precincts still outstanding in Prince William County in northern Virginia (right now 51-48 Webb), five precincts in Loudoun County in northern Virginia (50-48.5 Webb), three precincts in Fairfax County in northern Virginia (59-40 Webb), one precinct in Halifax County down in Southside (59-40 Allen), one precinct in Arlington County (73-26 Webb).
We're going to be WELL inside the automatic recount threshold at this rate. I can't tell you whether Webb will pull ahead or not, but it's going to be damned close. As in, maybe hundreds of votes out of 2.4 million.

Wilder can't pull it out for them without going to jail, even though the House goes Dem.
The change in the Allen vote from 2000 is already suspicious.
