I think Davis is headed to victory in KY-4. I am not ready to call it yet, but I am getting there.

I'm inclined to agree on KY-04 but I have no idea where the votes are reporting from, so my agreement would be frivolous and meaningless. :)

A novice would think Taylor (R) is in good shape, since he's leading 51% to 49%, but most of the votes are from our local GOP bastion of Henderson County where Taylor leads only 52% to 48%, meaning he's getting slaughtered. Henderson County is supposed to be 2 to 1 GOP.

Yep. He was running ahead of some of the numbers in the rural counties vis a vis 2002 last time I checked.

The CNN site only has 5% of the vote in. Do you have better numbers?
