I haven't seen a single poll on those two amendments.

My guess is that the ban will pass and the domestic partnerships won't.

I think they will both fail. The Marriage Amendment will go down big (IMO). The domestic partnership one will be closer...it has been ahead in the polls I have seen, but the polls typically overrate support for gay issues by close to 10%. I am hearing turnout is high in the Colorado Springs area which is conservative. That isn't what the supporters of these two ballot issues what to see. Suppressing the vote in that area why the gay prostitute exposed the evangelical preacher in that district.
