My podunk polling place didn't even open until 9 am. I was there at 8 thinking they would be open as was posted on the county website, but then I get there and one of the workers told me they didn't open until 9. So I guess I am going to be REALLLY late to work today. I was the 33rd voter and it took about 25 min.
Stone county Mississippi... new Diebold machines and no problems... heavy turnout so far... better than early morning voting in 2004. Most of the talk among those waiting was NOT very good for dims!!! Heard carry's name twice!
