Upper East Side of Manhattan polling site had 3 voters, no waiting, at 7 am.
East-Central Wisconsin, small town. Fairly long line at the polls at 7:15 A.M.
I was disenfranchised. I went to my polling place at 102nd and 2nd ave in NYC (I recently moved there). They did not have me on the roll. They said go to my old precinct (after I told them what "precinct" meant, when I said was this the right precinct, they said it was a school, not a precinct...). I went to my old precinct on 78th and York ave and they did not have me either. I was steamed. They said I had to go back uptown and fill out an affidavit ballot - but I had to come to work.
Oh well, my vote doesn't count in NYC anyway.
Oh, and my liberal girlfriend is angry because I did not call and remind her to vote before going to work. I said it was nothing personal, but I was not going to do any campaigning for Hillary and that if she wanted to vote for her, she needed to remember on her own.
Bill O'Reilly predicted only a 28% turnout of registered voters in New York. No exciting elections. Everyone knows who's gonna win.
Wouldn't it be something if the Dems stayed home and Hillary LOST!!!!
Voting in PA-4 [Hart(R) is the Congresscritte]) slightly after 0800 (polls opened at 0700). Location is 20 E of Pittsburgh. More cars than usual in parking lot. I think that the turnuout at the instant I was there was slightly in excess of 2004, which was the heaviest I have previously seen.
Just dropped our ballots off at the court house in Grants Pass. Steady stream of voters parking and placing ballots in the box.....raining at 12:14 pm and hello to the Freepers who can see the court house from their home...
