Rain in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Cleveland. It's raining in Cincy area as I speak.
Expect Republican victories in Ohio today. The democrat vote is focused in the counties that contain the cities.

LOL... interesting article.
Rain also depresses retail sales. Anyone who's worked in retail for any amount of time can testify that rainy, wet days result in a much lower number of shoppers at most stores.
