I like to made lasagna with the left over turkey some years.

Have to find a good recipe for lasagna .. I was thinking of making it (without the turkey) for thanksgiving also

I make a fabulous lasagna, but like most everything I make, I do not follow a recipe --- I just "know" the ingredients and how it's supposed to look, layer by layer. I always make two layers with spinach and ricotta cheese... seven layers altogether.
