I'm tellin' ya, it's great. It isn't working on the symptoms .. it kills the cold. If you start right away, you can actually stop it dead, just follow the directions completely.
Or, mix 8 oz of V-8 with 20 drops of hot sauce (I like Franks) and add 8 cloves of garlic for good measure. Drink a tablespoon full an hour or so... great for what ails ya! I got over the nasties in just a few days... (Thanks to Mag...!)
