Geographically, this neighborhood is several miles north of downtown Long Beach, and just south of North Long Beach and Compton, so it's surrounded by less affluent, more urban areas.
Everyone goes all out for Halloween here, and parents have assumed the kids were safe.
This crime is unthinkable. What kind of monsters are out there, lurking around the corner, seething with racial hatred? Something is very wrong indeed.

The war on white people is only beginning...
These girls were walking down a neighborhood street. I assume one of them lived right there.
I wonder how much air time this hate crime will get...
...ooops. Too late.
Wow. This is such a bizarre story.
How long did it take for the police to arrive?
Words fail me.
Not so bizarre :(
9-Year-Old Charged With Attacking Teacher For Fourth Time
But you only find out that the victim was attacked because she, the victim, was white by watching the video.
"The war on white people is only beginning..."
You got that right!
THIS had better make HEADLINE news.
The liberal media would like you to believe it is always the "white" ones that do this. No. Look at the stats. There are MORE black on white crime than the reverse. Time to get the FACTS straight.
Hate crime in Long Beach ping
"I live on the east side of Long Beach. Only fools venture into the dangerous parts of town here."
Is that known to be a bad part of town dominated by blacks that are bad?
No, random violence is very common. These people need to be locked up for a long time. In LA County the juveniles will get off with a wrist slap until they offend again as adults then they will get a wrist slap till they kill someone.
I don't know. Their station is about 2 miles away and they HAVE arrived in this neighborhood in less than a minute, but you have to actually dial THEIR police station number. We are close to the 405 freeway, and I believe dialing "911" gets you the Highway Patrol.
Isn't it sickening that the poor girls were getting busy signals?
It won't.
Wow.
