I believe he probably okayed the letter written by one of his staffers. I doubt he has the intelligence to write a letter on his own.
I listened for about 5 minutes to Bill O'Reilly's radio show this afternoon...and he had a caller blasting jon carry for what he said...
BOR said that he KNOWS that carry was NOT trying to put down the troops "because he is too smart---I've known him for years...and he is too smart to insult the troops"..
