My grandparents didn't have a bathroom until I was about 12 (1973) The men used to go off the back porch.

Grandma always kept a chamberpot in the bedroom at night, right up until she passed away in 1991.

Well, I was raised in WVa, my grandparents who lived with us used the chamberpot up until their deaths in the nineties as well.

My dad's best buddy, who was a real hillbilly with nine kids used to open the window on the second floor and piss out the window every morning.

There was a yellow spot on the ground there that we avoided while playing in the yard.

I would like to see how many men here admit to having a 'pee jug.' I have to go three or four times a night just like clockwork. It was exhausting getting up, going to the toilet and finding my way back to bed. It also disturbed the cat. I got a wide mouth detergent jug and I use that to get me through the night. I carry one in the car for emergencies also.
