Can Principal Viretta be sued for blocking free speech- and at a voting place, yet? Last time I looked, political speech/signs are legal, whether it's in a "school zone" or not. If they don't want politics to influence the kiddies, maybe they shouldn't use the screwel as a voting place. Ya think?

Texas Penal Code Title 6, Chapter 31, Section 31.03:
