This is unbelievable!

Where is the MSM?? Why, they are out there still circling the wagons for Kerry and doing everything in their power to torpedo Republicans' election chances. Imagine that.

I despise them.

"There once was a Senator'S from Mass
Who was looking to hide some of his past
We lucked out and found it
Hoped the MSM would rebound it
Instead they just took a pass"

"Now, someone explain to me why this isn't treason?"

I guess for the same reason Kerry meeting with the communists in Paris in an effort to undermine our war effort wasn't. Isn't admitting to doing so, while still a uniformed Officer, considered treason? Heck Kennedy should be sharing a jail cell with Scot Camil....oh, &*((*&, lol, don't get me started....this deja vu can eatcha alive. Should have taken care of all of these people long ago, instead they're Senators getting paid for being traitors!

At the same time, however, Romerstein cautions against viewing Kennedy as an agent for the Soviets. Instead, he said, it is appropriate to label him a "collaborationist" who sought out Soviet contacts to advance his own interests, not theirs.

Which is exactly the problem, isn't it Mr. Romerstein?

Sen. Kennedy was ready, willing and able to subordinate the interests of the United States to his own. No matter how wrong-headed Peanut Man was, that was no excuse for "collaborating" with the enemy of the USA.

I'll grant that Sen. Kennedy's intentions were not to betray his country...probably. But must we invent a new category of crime specifically for these kinds of liberal actions?:

Negligent Treason

Did you read this article? It wasn't only Kennedy. There were other senators too, and the "envoy" was himself a senator. The original Kennedy-Soviet relationship was against the Carter WH. At the time, Carter and Kennedy were battling for the Dem nomination. This is pretty explosive stuff. I'd like to know the identity of the other senators.

Doesn't the title of "Iraq War's Jane Fonda" actually belong to Paul Craig Roberts?

Well the people in Massachusetts keep voting him back, so either they don't know, or they don't care.

"The KGB files Mitrokhin retrieved indicate that Kennedy fixed the blame for heightened international tensions on the Carter White House, not on the Kremlin. Kennedy at the time was challenging incumbent Carter for the Democratic nomination for president."

YES, it went right down the Orwellian memory-hole, but Teddy the Swimmer was more squishy-pink than Jimmy Carter and was challenging Carter from the left wing of the 'Rat party for the 1980 presidential nomination. That was unheard of, a leading party figure trying to take down their own sitting president who was running for re-election.

It's not that we don't know,and it's not that we don't care....

The simple fact is that we (the majority,at least) agree with him.

Disgusting,ain't it?

I'd like to go after them all. I know that this information comes from the notes stolen by a defecter, but what is needed are the actual notes and any other relavent KGB documents on the topic. I honestly think this should be pursued.
