I agree with you. What she is doing is illegal. Funny thing about that, if I am right she is in a win win situation.

If she gets prosecuted for this we have a possable means to attack the dems from NY voting in Florida.

Better not to register, I guess, if you're going to go to jail for registering in the wrong precint, but in the same state, county, congressional district, statehouse district, etc. for no malicious reason.
