1st, it is not a "need". It is a want. Not having sex will NOT hurt your individual health. If sex between two people who love each other is not a need then why did God create an attraction to each other. (ie when a man gets horny why does he get an erection). Sorry it is a need.

A NEED is something for SURVIVAL, yourself.
Sex is NOT a need. Why should I have to explain that you're not going to die if you don't have sex? It should be intuitively obvious.
