Coming to work today has been interesting. I am one of those "didn't work hard in school, didn't get a good education, ended up in the military types" and everyone around me is too. They are really fired up about this. A lot just find it humorous in a stupid kind of way that Kerry would even open his mouth about military service after he went in front of congress years back and gave his traitorous comments about the military back then. Most are just pissed that he would use his elitist ways to poison another generation of college students in this manner. Hopefully those college students will learn a lesson from this event. I am glad that the democrats are backing away from Kerry and his stupidity. Many will cancel their appearances with him and a good many may denounce the stupid comments. Just an observation from a guy who "had no other option than join the military" from the words of John Kerry.
This is what gets me too. The MSM unerringly brings up the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth and say their allegations against Kerry were "unsubstantiated." What about Kerry's allegations back in 1971? Was anybody prosecuted for all those war crimes he described? Weren't some of the people Kerry joined with for the Winter Soldier presentation certifiably phony? How come HIS 'unsubstantiated allegations' get a pass?
