So far, I don't believe Rove has fired the proverbial 'October Surprise'.. all of the October Surprises thus far have been the dems shooting themselves in the foot... but that seems to be the history doesn't it.. they always worry about what 'October Surprise' we'll pull, yet they are the ones always pulling them.. and they never work!
