Okay - I've missed a lot of this today except what I've heard on the radio, but I think I just saw on FNC a clip of Kerry making this outrageous statement and it sure didn't look like he was reading any notes.
So he'll have a hard time blaming it on a staffer. And if he does do that, does that mean he doesn't actually READ speeches before delivering them?
IMO, Kerry rattled it off like he'd memorized it.
I'm just recalling Kerry's character, or lack thereof, and drawing the conclusion that he won't take the blame on himself.
