One thing for sure...this was no press conference. It was a defiant statement that brought the entire media's focus on the tired charge that this administration is a failure.

The GOP is gonna have a field day with this. The only challege facing them is how to distill it all into a 30-second commercial, given the vast amount of material Kerry just gave them.
