I know a little something about publishing and don't believe any senior editor would be so stupid, even at BusinessWeek. That said, publishing comments like that is almost as bad because it means businessWeek must have assigned an absolute idiot to the job of approving reader feedback. That's a quick way to get sued or, like now, end up looking crooked or stupid or both. How could a competent editor miss so obvious a put-on?
