Not if she is running against someone say like Rudy. He agrees with her on this issue, and I imagine her polling data shows him to be the clear front runner on the Republican ticket.

She is just covering alllll her bases and she has yet to be held accountable for any of her deeds/misdeeds. The President and the Vice President do not call her 'formidable' without reason.
