I think my moment of "Waterloo" was when I went to a parent teacher conference, and spent an hour esplaining to the lass that NO, my sons did not have ADD, and I knew they got more federal funding if the school claimed more kids with the "disorder", and just MAYBE she should spend more time teaching and less time trying to be a medical professional---I then smiled...shook her hand FIRMLY (we military chicks didg that) LOL...and I wason my way...the POINT of my story is...the WHOLE reason for this utter BS is...the SCHOOL gets more GOV Money for each kid that has "ADD"...and the NEA does what clase? ...Sorry people...this Democrat BS of having more government in my life crap is over, in MY world! MAKE A DIFFERENCE! VOTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have some friends who claim their son has ADD and makes him take Ridilen. He's like a zombie.
We finally moved out of DC and were able to enroll our son in an all boys school. It's the best thing we ever did. Separating the sexes, letting boys be boys and girls be girls, creates such a different dynamic in learning, and rarely do they even consider ADD a problem.

Hello,
I have dealt with that for 4 years now, and my son is 3rd grade. It's a scam, directed at parents of boys. Period.
Glad to be here, Mogirl
