She did not sound like she was recusing herself. Admitting a prejudice against deer hunters should "trigger" a substantial body in the Utah voters.

But the guy was none too swift either, walking out of her court.

The guy that walked out that she dragged forward was, as far as I can tell, a spectator!!

Is there a law against leaving a courtroom? No. Did he disturb any of the other people in the classroom (other than the judge)? Didn't sound like it from the video. If anything, she was the one that disrupted the courtroom when she looked up and saw him sigh and leave the room.

What was wrong with him walking out of her court? He was not on trail and it was not a closed court. He is allowed to leave.

She got her panties in a twist over his sigh. He could have been sighing for any number of reasons (admittedly he wasn't but she did not know that at the time). My dad makes all kinds of noise when he gets up (of course he is 83).
