Where did you get that idea? I am happy W signed it but I don't believe any significant effort will ever be put into building a real fence. This is one Constitutional duty a President has has been virtually ignored by this President for all of his time in office. I still maintained he only signed it under pressure from Congress who got a clear and strong message when they went home last summer.

What a dopey statement! You would have been much happier if they all had just ignored you, me and everyone else that elected them? You would have been happier if Bush finally used his veto power? You would have been happier if they kicked this issue down the road AGAIN for someone else to deal with?
