They didn't punt anything. It's the same thing. They only exposed the farce that there is a difference between gay marriage and gay civil unions.

No - they dictated to the Legislature to enact a gay marriage law. That is the point. It can call it whatever title it wants but it must afford gays the right to marry. If it refuses, the New Jersey Supremos will write such a law themselves.

The Court punted to the legislators.Nope. Read it again. The court REQUIRES the legislators to enact a gay marriage or gay civil unions law that gives homosexuals the same rights that married couples have.
This is another huge victory for the homosexual agenda.
