I couldn't agree more. Baghdad should be placed under martial law,given 30 days. No vehicles move unless they carry food or medical essentials & those must be inspected before entering. All weapons must be surrendered. Any one seen with weapons who is not in uniform is shot on the spot. Any one found in uniform who is not a member of the coalition or Iraq military will be shot. Security is what's needed now not democracy. The people need to understand that democracy is earned. If you know your neighbor has weapons & you fail to turn them in, You are as guilty as them & should be held to account. If it doesn't work in 30 days, then 60, then 90. Whatever, this city must be controlled!

What's happening now is an prime example of politics entering the war and micro managing it. If we aren't going to clean up the country in a serious manner, then why play the game? Flood the city with troops, take it over, clean it up, hand it to them and leave. Sorry folks we're not coming back so keep it clean or you lose. We did our job.

Well they don't have democracy either. Not with a constitution that states that "No Law shall contradict Islam".

AND they wont' have security with the current regimes in Iran and Syria not receiving any retribution from US for their constant support of the terrorists and militias in Iraq.

Mobilize the USA FIRST. Then we can smash Syria Iran and whatever and whoever else - wherever.
