"I think Laura Ingraham should find a lawyer and have them arrested for copyright infringement."

I wondered, too, how they could use Laura Ingraham's book title that came out last year, as their documentary title. Isn't there a law against that? And why hasn't Laura sued these grifters?

I don't know why Laura hasn't gone after them for the either. I guess she either doesn't care, as they will continue to drop ratings just as the DBM is experiencing now. It's sad when a group has to use someone's book title to try to get an audience. In this case, I think it will backfire bigtime.

Titles are many times copyrighted for a specific usage. Thus I could write a book and copyright the name for book usage, but not film or I could copyright it for a variety of usages. It is more complex then that, but that is the jest of it.

Stealing book titles is not limited to the Dixie Chicks, Hillary stole "It Takes a Village" as well. Then, there's Susan Estrich's rip off of Coulter's book jacket....the former posed and wearing the same clothes as the latter. Not an original bone in any of their bodies.
